PRINCETON, NJ., Jan. 27, 2016- Addteq has appointed a Chief Technology Officer! The first thing on the agenda for the new year was for Addteq to appoint a CTO to lead Addteq in it’s continuous growth. With that, please join us in welcoming the newly appointed CTO of Addteq, Himanshu Chhetri!
Himanshu has over 6 years experience in the technology and DevOps field. He graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science. There he was the President of the ACM Student Chapter. This year will mark Himanshu’s 5th year with Addteq! What a great way to spend his anniversary this year!
“We are a technology company. We were in need of a leader in technology who understands the ever changing world of our business, and to steer the company’s direction towards the best technology out there,” said Sukhbir Dhillon, founder of Addteq.
Many of Addteq’s successes are, with out a doubt, due to Himanshu’s hard work ethic, passion for technology and continuous urge to learn and broaden his knowledge.
“I remember, a few years ago, our JIRA server was running under Himanshu’s desk. Himanshu was the first person, in our company, to play with Docker before it was even released as version 1.0,” remembers Mr. Dhillon. “I believe Himanshu can do full justice to this position because of his passion for technology.”
Himanshu Chhetri has worked on tons of projects at Addteq! Projects that range from software development, assisting with the implementation and building of Codefactori, implementing Atlassian & DevOps tools to training and university hackathon mentorship.
He has also been featured as a guest blogger on the official Atlassian Bamboo blog three times! Addteq’s very first cloud plugin was also prototyped by Himanshu.
