Finding a workplace embodying the spirit of flexibility and work-life balance is a rare gem. I’m fortunate to have discovered an organization company that genuinely practices a “work from anywhere” and flexible work at Addteq. This has allowed me to tailor my work environment to fit my personal preferences and lifestyle seamlessly.

This was not my first foray into it. At my previous job, time-tracking software monitored every second I worked remotely. It felt like I was under constant surveillance. This frees up our headspace, and instead of worrying about how many hours we have worked, we can truly focus on how much we can contribute to the team.

I remember one instance when I had to get my car fixed. The repair shop’s timing clashed with a meeting with my manager.
