While pursuing my bachelor’s in Computer Science and Engineering, I came across on to ‘Internship at Addteq’ opportunity through our college’s Training and Placement Cell. Addteq, after a series of interviews and assessments, most of them being both challenging and fun, selected me for the QA Intern role.
Internship at Addteq: Begining of the journey
Joining Addteq has been an amazing experience so far. I am currently working with the Research and Development (R&D) team, and I must say that the work culture here is incredibly welcoming and focused on learning and growth. During my initial assignments, I faced challenges in identifying comprehensive test case scenarios for several technical tickets. The QA team provided detailed reviews of my work, explaining the reasoning behind different testing approaches. Their guidance focused on practical methods rather than theoretical concepts. Whenever I required clarification on technical aspects or project workflows, the team responded promptly with accurate information.
HR & Support System
A special mention to the HR department, who have been very friendly and proactive in ensuring our onboarding and internship journey is seamless. Right from the campus placement drive initiation, they’ve been easily accessible for any assistance required and made the onboarding smooth and hassle free.
Future Prospects
My goal during this internship is to deep dive into the QA process, keep myself updated on the tech and analytics side, and contribute meaningfully to the team and the projects. I’m prioritizing myself to explore the core of quality assurance under the mentorship of experienced professionals. Being a part of Addteq at such a basic stage of my career is something I look forward to gain hands-on experience, learning industry best practices, and growing as a successful QA professional.
